Superstar singer Tori Kelly, who’s bagged herself some Grammy awards for her soulful tunes, is going through a rough patch right now. She’s landed herself in the hospital, battling a serious condition – blood clots around her important organs that need urgent medical attention.
Word on the street is that this health scare went down when she was out having dinner with her buddies in downtown LA. All of a sudden, her heart started racing like crazy, and she actually fainted for a little bit.
Naturally, her friends got super worried and didn’t wait for an ambulance. They quickly rushed her to Cedars-Sinai, you know, one of those top-notch hospitals in LA. Tori’s currently in the ICU, and the docs are carefully checking her out to see if there are any blood clots near her heart on top of the ones they found around her legs and lungs. It’s a real tough time for her, going in and out of consciousness during her stay at the hospital.
You might know her from her hit songs like “Nobody Love,” “Dear No One,” “Hallelujah,” and “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout a Thing.” Recently, she dropped a new track called “missin u,” which fans have been loving.
She first stepped into the spotlight back in 2010 on American Idol, though she didn’t make it to the Top 24. But she didn’t let that stop her, oh no! She kept pushing and made it big in the music world, especially with her debut album “Unbreakable Smile” back in 2015.
